Took Yukon for 6 recalls was called to pick up on Friday the steering wheel was all loose had to leave it mind you I’m coming from Pecos. They called again Saturday it was ready pick it up and cruise control isn’t working had to bring back again. Very inconvenient and they act like it’s no problem “just bring it back”

I signed for 3 different trucks. First one got sold from under me, I have no idea what happened to the 2nd one and the 3rd one is finally the one I received. Monahans kept telling me different days on when the truck would be delivered. Finally the truck was delivered a full 10 days later than the original date. Unprofessional in my opinion. Will not be doing any business or sending any business that way.

This dealership is the worse in all aspects. Horrible customer service, rude employees and have no passion for public service. The service department is the worse of the worse. Service Manager Carlos Terraz knows nothing about auto service and does not like to be bothered with any issues. Stay far away from this place. If you break down on the side of the road they will not help they will do what they have to -to send you on your way. I broke down in Pecos, TX. My car was towed I mentioned the fuel system and instead of investigating the issue they cleared the codes and sent me on my way. So that they didn’t have to bother before the holidays. Keep in mind this is a dealership in the middle of nowhere and didn’t seem busy. I ended breaking down further after putting fuel in the middle of nowhere. Thank goodness for coverage and Road side. WARNING!!! Expect very little if go to Monahans. Expect rudeness and no compassion. Expect them to only do what they have to so they don’t have to deal with you at all. Stay far away from this place and don’t travel anywhere near this area. You will be stranded.

I spoke to Jeremiah Gonzalez in Monahan's one evening regarding looking in to getting in to a more affordable vehicle in order to start school. He immediately called me the next day and had already found me a great deal. He worked quickly to find me something reliable. I got calls from Delilah and Vanessa willing to help me out. Nick answered all my questions and within 2 days I was just waiting for my next car. Vanessa was awesome and drove it to Fort Stockton. I love my new car and would highly recommend the Monahan's team.

When I went looking for a vehicle that would fit us all, Jeremiah was there to help me. They just got the Tahoe in, went to take it home and had some issues, I got a loaner for the time my vehicle was in their care. They took care of all the recalls, all the issues I had with the driver seat, and the very back seatbelts. I got weekly updates when I called, the service staff is amazing, Mercedes helped so much, and now I have my Tahoe and my precious cargo is safe because they wouldn't let me leave with the vehicle with concerns I had. Jeff helped me to understand my loaner, john helped me understand I was important to them not just a customer, that my family was just as important to them as they are to me. Thank you so much for making sure my Tahoe was safe for my precious cargo I carry. I will return when I need another vehicle... Thank you so much
